New York Licensed Employee Benefits Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated New York Licensed Employee Benefits Producer, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, provide consultative employee benefits solutions, and drive new business growth while supporting client retention efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with middle-market and large-market businesses for employee benefits programs
• Provide consultative recommendations and develop customized employee benefits strategies
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits sales, insurance sales, or business development preferred
• Active Life & Health insurance license required
• Experience with employee benefits products and group health plans preferred
• Familiarity with BenefitPoint or similar agency management systems preferred
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
