Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical EMR Systems & Integration Specialist (PT/OT/SLP or PTA/COTA).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and solutions to users of the EMR system
- Collaborate with the EMR team to stay informed on system updates
- Monitor and audit EMR usage during new partnerships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- One year of experience with Raintree preferred
- Customer service oriented with support knowledge
- One year of clinical experience (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP preferred)
- Able to adapt to teammates with varying skill levels
- Strong problem-solving abilities
