Key Responsibilities

• Forecast enrollment staffing demand and develop proactive recruitment strategies
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of vendor enrollers
• Ensure enrollment readiness and deliver account-specific training

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enrollment staffing or group benefits operations
• Working knowledge of group benefits and enrollment mechanics
• Active insurance license or ability to obtain
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency in relevant software tools
