Job Summary

To support a high-volume production environment, the contract Epic Ambulatory & Wisdom Analyst will provide remote production support focused on Ambulatory and Behavioral Health, resolving incidents and optimizing workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Epic Ambulatory production support with an emphasis on Behavioral Health
• Resolve production incidents and ServiceNow tickets
• Build and maintain SmartSets, Express Lanes, and other Epic tools

Required qualifications:

• Epic Ambulatory certification required; Wisdom certification preferred
• Experience supporting Epic Wisdom and Behavioral Health workflows
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience
