New York Licensed Epic Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations, the contract Epic Professional Billing Analyst will manage upgrades, testing, ticket resolution, and maintenance in a fully remote role based in New York, with a contract duration of 3+ months and potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate with operational teams and other Epic applications
• Manage upgrades and testing processes for the Epic Professional Billing system
• Resolve tickets and maintain system functionality to ensure optimal performance

Required qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing certification
• Extensive knowledge of SlicerDicer
• Experience supporting multiple Service Areas and PB workqueues
• Familiarity with PB Follow-Up Workqueue routing and denials workflow optimization
• Experience with PB Statements design and generation
