Job Summary

A company is looking for an EVP, Commercial & Technology Transactions, Legal & Business Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and finalize agreements related to content distribution and licensing, technology, and privacy
• Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and oversee compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
• Manage senior attorneys and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to stay updated on industry trends

Required Qualifications

• JD; admission to state Bar (preferably NY)
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience of high-performing legal teams
• A minimum of 20 years of legal experience, including 15 years in the entertainment industry
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial transactional drafting and negotiation in media and technology
• Experience negotiating and monitoring compliance with Most Favored Nations provisions
