A company is looking for an AVP, Underwriting - Excess Casualty.

Key Responsibilities

• Review submissions to ensure alignment with risk appetite and business strategy
• Generate new business by collaborating with wholesale brokers and clients
• Analyze complex risks and manage underwriting transactions and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least seven years of Excess Casualty experience
• Experience with Wholesale E&S Excess Casualty brokers
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced startup environment
