New York Licensed Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance (NY Health Plan) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, trending, and modeling activities
• Prepare regulatory financial reporting schedules and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries
• Manage finance staff performance, including hiring, training, and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of finance experience or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, math, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet internal deadlines
