Required Qualifications

• Active CFP certification; other financial certifications may be considered based on experience
• 5+ years in financial planning or related financial services role
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership, managing and developing a team
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and employee-benefit planning needs
• Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus
