Key Responsibilities

• Appear in court to argue motions and participate in mediations related to foreclosure and default services
• Maintain communication with clients and court personnel to ensure timely progress of foreclosure cases
• Oversee and mentor support staff while drafting complex legal motions and managing case documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State
• Must be admitted to practice in New York; admission to EDNY and SDNY is a plus
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Leadership qualities to manage and guide support staff
• A proactive, independent worker eager to learn and grow within the firm
