Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Attorney to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear in court to argue motions, handle oral arguments, and participate in mediations related to foreclosure and default services matters
• Maintain communication with clients, investors, and adversaries to ensure timely progress of foreclosure cases
• Oversee and mentor support staff while drafting and managing complex motions and legal documents

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State
• Must be admitted to practice in New York (EDNY and SDNY is a plus)
• Superior organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Leadership qualities to manage and guide support staff
• A proactive, independent worker eager to learn and grow within the firm
