Key Responsibilities

• Appear in court to argue motions and participate in mediations related to foreclosure and default services
• Maintain communication with clients and court personnel to ensure timely progress of foreclosure cases
• Oversee and mentor support staff, ensuring the quality of legal documentation and client communication

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State
• Must be admitted to practice in New York; admission in EDNY and SDNY is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Proven leadership qualities with the ability to guide support staff
• A proactive, independent worker eager to learn and grow within the firm
