Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Attorney to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear in court to argue motions and participate in mediations related to foreclosure and default services
• Maintain communication with clients and court personnel to ensure timely progress of foreclosure cases
• Oversee support staff and ensure the quality of legal documentation and client communication

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State
• Must be admitted to practice in New York; EDNY and SDNY admission is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Leadership qualities to manage and guide support staff
• Proactive, independent worker eager to learn and grow within the firm
