Job Summary

Seeking a New York Licensed Foreclosure Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage court appearances, draft complex motions, and maintain client communications while working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Appear in various courts to argue motions and participate in mediations related to foreclosure and eviction matters
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and court personnel to ensure timely progress of foreclosure cases
• Oversee and mentor support staff while ensuring the quality of legal documentation and client communication

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State
• Must be admitted to practice in New York; EDNY and SDNY admission is a plus
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills, particularly in complex motions
• Proven leadership qualities with the ability to guide support staff
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
