Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated New York Licensed Foreclosure Attorney to join a fast-paced legal team in a full-time remote position, responsible for drafting complex motions, managing court appearances, and maintaining communication with clients and court personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Appear in Supreme, Surrogates, and Federal Court to argue motions and participate in mediations related to foreclosure and default services
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, investors, and adversaries to ensure timely progress of foreclosure cases
• Oversee and mentor support staff, guiding them on legal documentation and client communication tasks

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State
• Must be admitted to practice in New York; admission to EDNY and SDNY is a plus
• Superior organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills focused on complex motions
• Proven leadership qualities with the ability to manage and guide support staff
