Job Summary

Seeking a New York Licensed Foreclosure Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage court appearances, draft complex motions, and maintain communication with clients and court personnel in foreclosure and related default services matters.

Key responsibilities

• Appear in court to argue motions and participate in mediations for foreclosure and eviction cases
• Maintain communication with clients and adversaries to ensure timely case progress
• Oversee and mentor support staff while managing the preparation of legal documents

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State
• Must be admitted to practice in New York; admission to EDNY and SDNY is a plus
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills, particularly for complex motions
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Leadership qualities to guide and manage support staff
