Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Paralegal to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion
• Order title, obtain payoffs, and prepare necessary documents
• Provide timely updates and responses to clients while meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 2 years of related foreclosure experience
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services
• Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and work independently
• Deadline driven and able to work well under pressure
