New York Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Foreclosure Paralegal - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and correspondence
• Manage e-filing and document recording with court systems
• Maintain client and case files, including organizing calendars and deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related foreclosure experience
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services
• Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a heavy workload
• Independent worker who is deadline-driven and works well under pressure
