Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Foreclosure Paralegal - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and correspondence
• E-file with various court systems and maintain client and case files
• Organize and maintain calendars, adhere to legal deadlines, and prepare reports for attorneys

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related foreclosure experience
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services
• Experience with LPS, Caseaware, and Tempo is a plus
• Independent worker with the ability to manage a heavy workload
• Deadline driven and able to work well under pressure
