New York Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing team, the full-time hourly New York Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal will manage foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion, including drafting legal documents, e-filing, and maintaining client communications in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and correspondence
• E-file with various court systems and maintain client and case files
• Organize and archive documents related to ongoing and completed litigations while adhering to legal deadlines

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of related foreclosure experience
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services
• Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus
• Superior organizational, research, and writing skills
• Able to manage a heavy workload and work independently under pressure
