Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing legal team, the full-time hourly New York Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal will manage foreclosure processes from referral to conclusion, including drafting legal documents, e-filing, and maintaining client communications in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents while ensuring compliance with deadlines
- E-file documents with various court systems and maintain organized case files
- Correspond with clients to provide updates and manage client communications effectively
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related foreclosure experience
- Broad knowledge of real estate default services
- Experience with LPS, CaseAware, Tempo, or similar systems is a plus
- Superior organizational, research, and writing skills
- Able to manage a heavy workload and work independently under pressure
