New York Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing legal team, the full-time hourly New York Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal will manage foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion, draft legal documents, and maintain client communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents
- E-file with various court systems and maintain client and case files
- Organize and archive documents related to completed and ongoing litigations
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related foreclosure experience
- Broad knowledge of real estate default services
- Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc., is a plus
- Superior organizational, research, and writing skills
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and work independently under pressure
