Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Functional Nurse Practitioner with New York Licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations using telehealth platforms
• Review and interpret functional and traditional lab results
• Develop personalized care plans focusing on wellness and hormone optimization

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least 5 U.S. states
• National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC)
• Active DEA
• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience, preferably in functional or integrative therapy
• Prior experience in a telehealth or digital health setting is strongly preferred
