Job Summary

To support a transformative healthcare initiative, a New York Licensed GI Fellow will engage in a part-time program that enhances their final year of training through mentorship, exposure to value-based care models, and minimal commitment while receiving a guaranteed salary.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a customized program at Optum Tri-State facilities and virtually, focusing on primary and specialty care
• Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to ease the transition from training to practice
• Engage with the Quadruple Aim framework and population health initiatives to enhance clinical skills

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in New York
