New York Licensed Group Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi Location Group Trainer for the New York Metro - Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-person training sessions to help dental practices adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows
• Provide coaching based on live observations to reinforce best practices and adapt training to meet practice goals
• Assess practice readiness and coordinate with internal teams to ensure necessary resources are available for training

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry or dental technology
• Willingness to travel up to 85% for in-practice training
• Located near a major airport (within 60-min drive of JFK, EWR, LGA)
• 3+ years of experience managing training logistics and multi-practice coordination
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders
