Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients
• Educate and guide patients on maximizing their hearing technology
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless patient journeys

Required Qualifications

• Active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
• Successful completion of the International Licensing Exam (ILE)
• Empathetic and patient-first approach
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
