Job Summary
To support pet families across Buffalo and Niagara Falls, the part-time New York Licensed Hospice Veterinarian will provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services, focusing on compassionate end-of-life care without the constraints of a non-compete agreement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pets and their families
- Manage a self-directed schedule while working independently in a mobile environment
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with pet families and team members
Required qualifications
- DVM/VMD/BVMS degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
- Weekend availability on a rotational basis
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
- Exhibit compassion, dignity, and respect towards all clients and pets
