Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney with Immigration Law Experience (Remote and Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist a New York-based immigration law firm with immigration matters
• Handle both family-based immigration and business employment immigration cases
• Work independently on a remote basis as needed (up to 20 hours per week)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling immigration matters, including related hearings
• Active law license in any state and in good standing
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Outstanding references
• Experience with both family-based and business employment immigration is a plus
