New York Licensed Immigration Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing employment-based immigration practice, the full-time New York Licensed Immigration Attorney will manage a high-volume caseload, prepare and oversee various immigration filings, and provide strategic advice to corporate clients in a fully remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including NIV and IV filings
• Prepare and oversee H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM cases, as well as adjustment of status applications
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior associates while collaborating across teams to support client initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience
• Strong exposure to H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM matters
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads and working with corporate clients
• Ability to operate independently while leading and delegating effectively
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
