Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
• Experience in claims handling or related field preferred
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities efficiently
• Familiarity with communication channels such as voice calls, email, and text messages
• Proficiency in utilizing innovative platforms and tools for negotiation
