Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time New York Licensed Insurance Agent will sell personal lines insurance products, interact with clients in various settings, and participate in comprehensive training and development while working in a hybrid schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Interact with members in person, over the phone, and online to provide tailored insurance solutions
- Compile coverage information and work with Quality Assurance and Underwriting departments to ensure accuracy and compliance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, with insurance sales experience preferred
- Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days; Life License preferred or to be obtained within 1 year
- Experience in outbound or cold-calling is strongly preferred
