Job Summary
To launch an insurance career, the full-time New York Licensed Insurance Agent will sell personal lines insurance products to members through various channels while receiving comprehensive training and support in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Interact with members in person, over the phone, and online to provide tailored insurance proposals
- Develop leads and maintain prospect files in the CRM system while following agency processes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience; insurance sales experience preferred
- Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days of employment
- Life License preferred or to be obtained within 1 year
- Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred
