New York Licensed Insurance Sales Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Advisor (Hybrid/Remote Upstate NY).

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand various Carrier Appetites and work with Carrier Underwriters to determine risk placement
• Utilize agency management and rating systems to provide accurate, timely quotes
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and carrier representatives

Required Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
• More than 3 years of sales and service experience
• Personal Lines Insurance experience preferred
• A bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required with additional learning/certifications
• CPCU, CPRIA, CAPI or other P&C designation preferred
