Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator MLTC.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and ensure electronic filing of Medicaid-related documents for applicants and members
- Transcribe, format, and prepare detailed reports and documents to support departmental needs
- Coordinate the intake process, including scheduling appointments and maintaining contact with potential members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; AA/AS degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of related experience required; 2 to 5 years preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and basic knowledge of MS Excel and other software tools
- Experience in clerical or administrative responsibilities, including data entry and database management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed
