Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on AI enablement initiatives and open-source software governance
• Provide guidance on third-party access and controls for collaboration tools
• Evaluate new technology solutions and ensure compliance and risk management

Required Qualifications and Education

• At least five years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a financial institution or technology company
• Strong foundation in open-source software and technical fluency
• Comfortable engaging with developers and understanding various technology architectures
• Ability to identify and escalate legal and operational risks
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours for a fully remote position
