Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Counsel - Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and support compliance of new service and product offerings for preparation to go-to-market
• Identify legal and regulatory risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage contracting, develop templates, and provide guidance to deal teams

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience advising on data and AI services
• Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies and offerings
• Experience providing risk analysis and mitigation strategies
• Experience working on deals and evaluating commercial models for new data and AI services
• Juris Doctorate and admitted in good standing with at least one jurisdiction
