New York Licensed Interim General Counsel

Job Summary

Providing leave coverage on a full-time contract basis, the New York Licensed Interim General Counsel will manage a high volume of commercial agreements, support platform and personalization initiatives, and conduct legal reviews of marketing assets in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements (B2B and B2C)
• Provide legal support for platform and personalization initiatives
• Conduct day-to-day legal review of marketing assets, consumer-facing materials, and product content

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5-10+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house or in a high-volume commercial environment
• Strong background in product counseling and data privacy (HIPAA experience preferred)
• Demonstrated experience managing a broad range of commercial contracts
