Key Responsibilities

• Evaluates constructed responses of teacher candidates in New York
• Successfully internalizes training and scoring guide
• Engages in consensus scoring activities with other scorers

Required Qualifications

• Permanent or professional New York State teaching certificate, or currently teaching in a New York State school
• Native or fluent speakers in the language with a college degree
• Educators from colleges and universities with a degree in a content-relevant field or recent teaching experience
• Resident of New York State with eligibility to work in the United States
• Availability for scoring sessions throughout the year
