New York Licensed Legal Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Legal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop compliance functions and review commercial and financing agreements
• Assist with hotel agreements and provide yearly legal compliance overview
• Conduct special legal research and manage inquiries regarding law interpretation

Required Qualifications

• A law degree and admission to or in the process of admission to the New York State Bar
• Minimum of two to three years of legal experience
• Experience with hotel agreements and event services is a plus
• Ability to manage legal services and resolve issues independently
• Understanding of New York City's operational agencies and political environment is a plus
