Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its commercial operations and strategic initiatives across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full customer contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
• Advise on data protection matters related to SaaS contracts and customer negotiations
• Deliver internal training on contracts, privacy, and compliance topics

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a top-tier/tech law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a tech company
• Working knowledge of data protection and privacy laws (EU and US)
• Admitted to practice in the U.S
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Ability to manage multiple deals and meet tight deadlines
