Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Business Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various complex music and digital media agreements
• Manage deal flow and serve as a legal partner to internal business teams
• Identify legal risks and provide guidance to mitigate exposure

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (active and in good standing)
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience practicing law
• Strong law firm experience with music-related agreements
• Demonstrated experience with record labels, music publishers, or digital media companies
