New York Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time New York Licensed Legal Counsel, this remote position will manage commercial contracting, provide global legal and governance support, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide legal and compliance support across multiple jurisdictions, advising on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, advising on US healthcare and medical-device regulatory frameworks

Required qualifications

• US-qualified lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Licensed in New York and/or California (preferred)
• In-house experience in technology, SaaS, or healthcare, with exposure to compliance and regulatory matters
• Solid commercial contracting experience across SaaS and technology transactions
• Prior training at a top-tier or international law firm
