Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Claims Adjuster to analyze General Liability BI and Auto BI claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution by investigating and gathering information
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdiction requirements nationwide
• NY licensing required
