Job Summary

Analyzing General Liability and Auto BI claims, the full-time New York Licensed Liability Claims Adjuster will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while working remotely or in a hybrid schedule if located within 25 miles of Marlton, NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through well-developed action plans
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate claim activities with claimants and clients
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests professionally and promptly

Required qualifications

• New York State licensing as a Liability Claims Adjuster
• Four years of claims management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of nationwide jurisdictional claims practices
