Job Summary

Managing automobile, bodily injury, and general liability claims, the full-time New York Licensed Liability Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims remotely while collaborating with various stakeholders and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review policy information and interpret applicable coverage
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve automobile, bodily injury, and general liability claims
• Manage both litigated and non-litigated claims across multiple jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least three years of automobile and general liability casualty claims experience
• Active New York State Adjuster License required
• Experience handling coverage issues, litigation management, liability investigations, and claim valuation
• Ability to independently manage an assigned caseload with minimal supervision
