Job Summary

To analyze General Liability BI & Auto BI claims on behalf of valued clients, the full-time New York Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity while working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• New York licensing preferred but not required
