Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote New York Licensed Litigation Adjuster will manage complex bodily injury claims related to homeowner liability, including investigating facts of loss, determining coverage and liability, and mentoring junior employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents and injury claims
• Determine coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating claims within authority limits
• Mentor and provide direction to junior employees in the claims process

Required Qualifications

• New York Licensed Litigation Adjuster certification
• Experience in handling homeowner liability or commercial general liability claims
• Advanced understanding of insurance policies and industry standards
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims
• Experience in claims investigation and identifying subrogation or fraud potential
