Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day case development, including handling depositions and engaging directly with clients
- Collaborate with technical experts and manage critical discovery tasks
- Draft and argue motions while supporting partners on strategic litigation planning and trial preparation
Required qualifications
- JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school
- Active member of the New York and/or New Jersey Bar
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
