Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Litigation Attorney to assist with litigation matters on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities

Review case files and assess litigation strategy
Draft and revise motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
Prepare and file answers and other responsive pleadings

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in federal court
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Experience in one or more of the firm's practice areas is a plus
