A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
• Conduct legal research and manage court appearances
• Oversee all aspects of contested cases, including legal strategy development and execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contested motion practice
• Admission to practice law in the state of NY; NJ/PA/CT admission is a plus
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to identify and resolve legal issues efficiently
• Eager to manage a heavy workload and produce substantial legal work
